PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a timepiece dial having transmission property of an electromagnetic wave, an esthetic appearance and excellent durability, and a timepiece equipped with the timepiece dial. SOLUTION: This timepiece dial 1 is equipped with a glass fiber sheet 2 constituted of glass fiber, the first film 3 provided on the first surface 21 side which is one main surface of the glass fiber sheet 2, the second film 4 provided on the second surface 22 side which is the other main surface of the glass fiber sheet 2, and a fray prevention member 5 arranged so as to enclose the peripheral face of the glass fiber sheet 2 and having a function preventing fray of the glass fiber sheet. The glass fiber sheet 2 has the first domain 23 provided near the first surface 21, into which at least a part of the first film 3 is inserted; the second domain 24 provided near the second surface 22, into which at least a part of the second film 4 is inserted; and the third domain 25 provided between the first domain 23 and the second domain 24, into which the first film 3 and the second film 4 are not inserted.
