SOLUTION: The supercritical system 10 is equipped with a liquid sending part 12 for sending a supercritical fluid in the system as a solvent fluid, a sample introducing part 14 for introducing a sample into the solvent fluid from the liquid sending part 12, the separation and detection part 16 provided on the downstream side of the sample introducing part 14 and separating the sample into components to detect the target component in the sample, a back pressure adjusting part 18 provided on the downstream side of the separation and detection part 16 for adjusting the pressure of the fluid between the liquid sending part 12 and the back pressure adjusting part 18, a temperature adjusting part 20 for adjusting the temperature of the fluid from the back pressure adjusting part 18, a valve 22 for selecting the fluid containing the target component in the sample in the fluid from the temperature adjusting part 20 and a demarcation recovery container 24 for recovering the fluid containing the target component in the sample in the fluid from the valve 22.
