PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inside face repair structure for concrete-made water way, capable of maintaining the effects of reinforcement over a long period of time while effectively preventing blisters or peeling of a plastering material layer, in a method of carrying out repair to form the plastering material layer, by applying a plastering material to the inside of the concrete-made water way. SOLUTION: The bottom wall 2 defining the water way and each inside surface layer concrete 9 of both the right and the left rising walls 3 are eliminated continuously, and a polymer cement mortar, containing a reinforcing resin fiber making cement 300 to 600 kg, sand 600 to 1,200 kg and a polymer resin 10 to 120 kg and reinforcing resin fibers 10 to 60 kg as main materials at per cubic meter, is applied to a surface layer concrete elimination surface area 10 to form a reinforcing plastering material layer 12.
