BLOOD RETENTION TYPE MULTIPHASE EMULSION PHARMACEUTICAL PREPARATION FOR TREATING OR PREVENTING LIVER DISEASE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a new pharmaceutical preparation capable of targeting to a target cell tissue part by using an emulsion type carrier (transporter) having high safety to living bodies in order to improve pharmacodynamic effects of a physiologically active substance having extremely rapid metabolism/loss rate and large risk of serious side effect. SOLUTION: In the carrier targeting the hepatic parenchymal cell, a function which becomes the trinity of targeting utilizing (1) 50-300 nm particle diameter, (2) avoidance of reticuloendothelial system (RES) and (3) molecular chain (targeting ligand) specifically binding to a receptor is required. The subject (1) is solved by finding an epoch-making preparation technique of S/O suspension and S/O/W emulsion and the subject (2) is solved by searching a self-orientation type RES avoidance inducer suitable for emulsion preparation and developing the introduction technique and the subject (3) is solved by searching a self-orientation type liver parenchyma cell-orientating substance suitable for the emulsion preparation and developing the introduction technique.
