PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spare tire storage structure capable of storing a spare tire even if the space under a floor is small, and efficiently guiding a front side of the spare tire obliquely upward, which moves forward in a rear end collision. SOLUTION: Near a vehicle front part of the stored spare tire 2, a guide stopper 10 contacting with the front side 2a of a spare tire 2 to bend/deform by forward movement of the spare tire 2, and lifting upward the front side 2a of the spare tire 2 to guide by bending/deforming, is provided. A bending/deforming part B of the guide stopper 10 is provided with a movement energy absorbing function for forward movement of the spare tire 2. Therefore, even if fixed on a floor surface 1, the spare tire 2 can be released to a front oblique upper side in the rear end collision, and forward moving amount of the spare tire 2 can be suppressed to be the minimum.
