<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clarify a position of input color image data in the whole color space by converting an output signal based on color reproduction property to color data of a printer utilizing data independent from a device, and to carry out proper color conversion processing according to the position. <P>SOLUTION: In an image processor, a first conversion means converts the input color image data to the data independent from the device, a second color conversion means converts the data independent from the device to the output signal based on the color reproduction property of an image output device, and a third color conversion means converts the output signal based on the color reproduction property to the color data of the printer utilizing the data independent from the device to clarify a position of the input color image data in the whole color space to carry out the proper color conversion processing according to the position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
