<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fermentation apparatus which relates to treatment using fermentation reaction of organic waste, or the like, is always supplied with acting air suitable for material to be treated, and maintains a preferable fermentation state, and to provide its management method. <P>SOLUTION: The fermentation apparatus 1 achieved with reaction stability stacks and stores the material A to be treated on a treatment bed 11 forming a treatment section 110 for an appropriate time period, supplies the acting air V from the treatment bed 11 side, and accelerates the fermentation of the material A to be treated, wherein the treatment bed 11 is equipped with cut and breaking devices 17 performing such launching action as to raise parts of the material A to be treated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
