<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water supply apparatus performing heating-up control utilizing midnight power that can prevent a shortage of hot water while maintaining high COP and allowing demand setting different for every day of the week. <P>SOLUTION: The hot water supply apparatus 20 performing heating-up in a hot water storage tank 2 mainly using midnight power to which an advantageous discount rate is applied, comprises a residual hot water quantity detecting part 8 detecting the residual hot water quantity V in the hot water storage tank 2; a nonvolatile memory part 10 having a memory area H<SB>WX</SB>for every day of the week and capable of electrically writing and deleting; a display part 14 displaying the storage contents of the memory part 10 corresponding to every day of the week; a processing part 13 storing the predicted quantity X<SB>Sun</SB>-X<SB>Sat</SB>according to the days of the week in which the predicted values of hot water supply demand for every day of the week are set beforehand, in each memory area H<SB>WX</SB>of the memory part 10; a day-of-the-week confirmation clock 9 confirming the present day of the week Sun-Sat; and a heating-up control part 11 controlling heating-up from the present day of the week Sun-Sat information from the day-of-the-week confirmation clock 9, the set contents of the memory part 10 and the residual hot water quantity V information from the residual hot water quantity detecting part 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
