PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder which is capable of preventing a speaker equipped with spring terminals and a device board from being poorly connected together and enabling the operation test and replacement of the speaker to be easily carried out and to provide the speaker and a speaker unit. SOLUTION: The speaker unit is equipped with the speaker 1 provided with spring terminals 13 that are provided on its rear side and conductively connected to a wiring pattern formed on the device board 20 and the holder 30 where pinching units 33 and 34 pinching the ends of the device board 20 between them and a recess housing the speaker 1 are provided. The speaker 1 is housed in the recess of the holder 30 at a position where fixing projections 11a and 11b provided on the speaker 1 are capable of being inserted into cutouts 35a, 35b, and 35c provided on the holder 30, and the fixing projections 11a and 11b enter the grooves 36a and 36b of the holder 30 when the speaker 1 is rotated.
