PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform color conversion processing at a high speed by increasing a cache hit rate in the color conversion processing in reference to a look-up table. SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus includes a color conversion processing means of performing the color conversion by referring to the color conversion look-up table, and the color conversion processing means acquires signal values of an input signal for input colors, calculates an offset value by arranging the signal values so that respective low-order bits of the signal values for the input colors may be disposed at low-order bits of an offset value calculation register, and refers to the color conversion look-up table by using the offset value.
