PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer spindle control between systems in a short time. SOLUTION: It is determined whether a program includes an instruction to a spindle or not (a1). When the instruction to the spindle is included, the instruction is executed, and the instructed spindle and the instructed number of revolutions, and the rotation direction are stored if a control mode of the spindle is a velocity control mode, while the instructed spindle, the instructed velocity, and the position are stored if the control mode is a position control mode (a2-a5). It is determined whether a system change instruction is made or not (a6-a8). When a spindle discard instruction is read, control of the designated spindle is discarded to be transferred to a system acquiring it, and control status information stored in this process is also transferred (a9). When an acquisition instruction for spindle control is read, the designated spindle control status information is received, and based on the received information, control of the spindle is started (a10).
