PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat transfer tube and a header tube for an open rack type carburetor capable of preventing corrosion near a welding joint portion of a liquefied natural gas introduction-side header for distributing a liquefied natural gas to a plurality of heating tubes and the heat transfer tube, and having high durability. SOLUTION: A reinforcement fiber-containing organic resin coating layer of a thickness of 50μm or more including reinforcement fiber within a range of 10-80 mass% is formed on a part or the whole of an outer surface of the heat transfer tube or the header tube for the open rack type carburetor.
