PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic rice polishing treatment system by which the problem at an initial operation stage such as idling charging and inefficient initial circulation treatment can be solved by simple system constitution. SOLUTION: The automatic rice polishing treatment system is equipped with a charging hopper 12, a delivery mechanism 12v, a gravel remover 14, a rice polishing machine 15 and a controlling part for carrying out operation control of each equipment and imposing control of utilization charge for every operation hour of each equipment when utilization charge is charged. A hulled rice tank 15t capable of storing hulled rice conveyed from the gravel removing treatment process is provided at a hulled rice charging port of the rice polishing machine 15 and a hulled rice detection sensor 15b for detecting existence of the hulled rice is provided inside the hulled rice tank 15t. Imposing control of utilization charge for every operation hour of each equipment is started on condition that the hulled rice is detected by the hulled rice detection sensor 15b.
