<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding machine for molding a shrinking belt of konjak jelly having flat and relief surface and provide a method for production of the same. <P>SOLUTION: The molding machine for production of konjak jelly products is composed of a hopper 1, a sucking and discharging pump 2 and a perforated plate device 3. The perforated plate device 3 is composed of a structure constituted by combining the upper cone 5 that has an small tubular inlet 4 on the upper end and has the inner part widely expanded, and the disk-shaped perforated plate 7 having a slit outlet 6 for discharging the konjak jelly, and the lower ring 8 fixing the perforated plate 7 to the lower end of the upper cone 5 and threaded and fixed to the upper cone 5 are combined. The perforation plate 7 has a slit structure that has shape changing in the cross-sectionally vertical direction to induce three-dimensional fluidity change. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
