<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating frozen noodles for sale by which noodles having good palate feeling can be served even when the noodles are put on sale under a chilled condition at a store so as to be carried about in an ordinary shopping bag without requiring any cold material or cold box when selling them at a retail store. <P>SOLUTION: The method for treating frozen noodles for sale comprises shipping frozen noodles under refrigeration, putting the noodles on sale under a chilled condition, and heating the noodles with a microwave oven when eating. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
