<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce equipment cost and running cost in the recovery of lead from cement kiln dust or chlorine bypass dust. <P>SOLUTION: The lead recovering device 1 is equipped with: a dissolution reaction tank 7 where cement kiln dust or the like are dissolved in water while being reacted with an SOx-containing exhaust gas; and a floatation machine 19 where lead is recovered from slurry exhausted from the dissolution reaction tank 7. The device can be provided with an SOx suction tower 2 and an SOx desorption tower 3 of feeding a gas obtained by concentrating SOx from an exhaust gas from cement kiln, a chlorine bypass, a power generation boiler or an incinerator to the dissolution reaction tank. The prestage of the dissolution reaction tank may be provided with a first vertical scrubber 6 of bringing the slurry from the dissolution reaction tank into reaction with the SOx-containing exhaust gas in a concurrent, the poststage of the dissolution reaction tank may be provided with a second vertical scrubber 8 of performing the dust removal for deaerated gas and the removal of mist in the dissolution reaction tank, and these scrubbers may be mixing types. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
