<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor light emitting element, its manufacturing method and a semiconductor light emitting device which improve the light radiated from a light emitting layer. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor light emitting element 11 comprises a semiconductor laminate 6 having a first main surface and a second main surface opposed to the first main surface, and including a light emitting layer 8; electrodes 22 provided on the first main surface of the laminate 6; and a reflective layer 25 provided on the second main surface of the laminate 6, and having a conductivity and a reflectivity to the light emitted from the light emitting layer 8.
