摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time maintaining a useless session by speedily cutting the session if one of two terminals under a speech moves out of the range.

SOLUTION: If a mobile communication exchange station 300b detects that an SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) client 100b moves out of the communication range of a base station 200b, the mobile communication exchange station 300b generates a BYE message and transmits this message to the SIP client 100a so as to end a session.
