PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a case for an electronic device and the electronic device in which the temperature elevation can be prevented in a heating component other than the heating component in contact with a heat radiator or a component that is weak in heat. SOLUTION: A case 20 comprises an outlet 21 for exhausting air within an electronic device; a suction inlet 22 for taking air into the electronic device; and a heat sink in contact with a CPU 31, for radiating heat conducted from the CPU 31 into air. The heat sink is then continued with the outlet 21 in its one terminal, its other terminal is an inflow 241 through which air flows into the heat sink, and the heat sink is curved to change the advancing direction of air entering the relevant inflow 241 vertically to the inflow 241 into a direction toward said outlet 21.
