PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk recording/reproducing device capable of performing recording/reproducing without generating leakage noise in an optical pickup supplied with both recording/reproducing signals and a driving signal. SOLUTION: The optical disk recording/reproducing device includes at least: the optical pickup 5 recording/reproducing information from an optical disk; a mechanism part provided with a feed mechanism part 8 moving the optical pickup 5 in the radial direction of the optical disk; and a circuit board 4 disposed facing the mechanism part and provided with a control component outputting a control signal to the feed mechanism part 8. The optical disk recording/reproducing device is provided with a first flexible cable 17 having a wiring pattern for recording/reproducing signals for recording/reproducing information from the optical disk, and a second flexible cable 18 having a wiring pattern supplying the control signal to the driving part, between the mechanism part and the circuit board 4.
