PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology surely preventing scattering of chipped asbestos, and reducing volume of the chipped asbestos. SOLUTION: Asbestos to be treated is chipped by a chipping tool 10, and the chipped asbestos is sucked by a dust collector 30, and contained in a given bag-like article 21 in a container 20. A hardening agent is added to the chipped asbestos, and the inside of the bag-like article 21 is evacuated by sucking with the dust collector 30, to solidify the asbestos contained in the bag-like article 21.
