PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new compound having an anion having a structure of bonding a perfluoroalkane sulfonyl group and another substituent with nitrogen atom. SOLUTION: This compound is expressed by formula: Y<SP>+-</SP>N(CF<SB>3</SB>)SO<SB>2</SB>R<SP>f</SP>, and is produced by the reaction of M<SP>+-</SP>N(SO<SB>2</SB>R<SP>f</SP>)(CF<SB>3</SB>) with Y<SP>+-</SP>B. Further, the compound is expressed by Y<SP>+-</SP>N(SO<SB>2</SB>Rf)(CN). The compound is produced by the reaction of M<SP>+-</SP>N(SO<SB>2</SB>Rf)(CN) with Y<SP>+-</SP>B and among the above formulae, Rf is the perfluoroalkyl group; Y<SP>+</SP>is an organic or inorganic cation; and<SP>-</SP>B is an organic or inorganic anion; and M<SP>+</SP>is a cation of an alkali metal or a silver cation.
