PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid state imaging element having color filters of multiple colors which are prepared on a light receiving element and performs filtering by predetermined chromatic, a plurality of vertical transfer registers which are arranged adjacent to the light receiving element and transmit electron charge to the horizontal transfer register from the light receiving element, and a plurality of horizontal transfer registers which transmit electron charge transmitted from the vertical transfer registers, respectively and output signals based on this electron charge, respectively, wherein it can make it unnecessary to regulate the output characteristic difference of the signals outputted from each horizontal transfer register in a solid state imaging apparatus having this solid state imaging element, and to provide the solid state imaging apparatus. SOLUTION: Accumulated electron charge by the light receiving element is transmitted by the identical horizontal transfer register based on a light which penetrates the identical chromatic filter in the color filter, and outputted as a signal.
