PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data-holding circuit where durability against a soft error can be improved, while suppressing the increase in a chip area. SOLUTION: The data holding circuit is provided with a first data holding part 110 where the probability of soft error when input data are at a first level is smaller than that of the soft error, when the input data are at a second level; a second data holding part 120 where the probability of the soft error when the input data are at the second level is smaller than that of the soft error, when the input data are at the first level; and a selection part 13 which selects output of the first data holding part 110, when the input data are at the first level and selects output of the second data holding part 120 when the input data are at the second level.
