发明名称 RECOGNITION METHOD OF WASTAGE OF REFRACTORIES ON BLAST FURNACE BOTTOM
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the measurement of wastage of refractories on the bottom of blast furnace by utilizing the cosmic rays muon. SOLUTION: The muon intensity transmitted through the bottom of the furnace measured by a measurement device for the muon, and the flying direction determination information of the furnace bottom transmitted muon, and the non-transmitted muon intensity non-transmitted through the furnace bottom are accumulated for certain hours. The condition of the furnace bottom is expressed as a density with the intensity ratio of the furnace bottom transmission intensity and the non-transmission muon intensity based on the accumulated data obtained by an actual measurement. Based on the difference between the intensity ratio corresponding to the density of the furnace bottom refractories and the ratio of the density in the furnace material to the intensity ratio, the boundary position of the bottom refractories of the blast furnace and the interior of the furnace is determined; the relation between the intensity ratio and the wastage of the refractory of the furnace bottom is estimated, and from this estimated relation the amount of the wastage corresponding to the intensity ratio provided for determination of the boundary position is obtained.
