PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning control system for nuclear facilities capable of practically effectively saving energy under a specific condition on safety of the nuclear facilities, in particular, under a condition of introducing the most part of conditioned air from the outside air. SOLUTION: In this air conditioning control system for the nuclear facilities having an air conditioning means 13 for supplying the conditioned air to the nuclear facilities 2 by introducing the outside air, a control device 10 controls operations of a blower fan 11, a damper 12 and a refrigerating machine 14 to achieve minimum power consumption while applying an outside air temperature, an outside air introduction quantity and a necessary cooling capacity of the refrigerating machine 14 as parameters.
