PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator capable of reasonably eliminating a partitioning wall for dividing the inside right and left, and being miniaturized and simplified, with respect to the refrigerator comprising a drawer door at one of right and left sides. SOLUTION: The inside of the refrigerator 101 composed of a heat insulating housing constituted by placing foam insulation between an inner casing and an outer casing, has a left area 107 and a right area 108, and further comprises a left door for closing an opening portion of the left area 107, a right door for closing a front opening portion of the right area 108, at least one of the doors is composed of the drawer-type door 109, and the drawer-type door 109 is supported by supporting rails 104, 141 disposed on one of the right and left side faces. Thus, the partitioning wall for dividing the inside right and left, can be eliminated, the refrigerator can be miniaturized and simplified, the appearance and usability can be improved while giving spacious feeling to a user, and a problem in mounting the door can be solved.
