PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary air supply control device capable of executing control not to supply excessive secondary air. SOLUTION: Present catalyst temperature and pump temperature are estimated on top of calculating soak time. It is determined whether secondary air control flag is on or not, on top of determining whether at least one of conditions of that catalyst estimation temperature is lower than predetermined value and that pump estimation temperature is lower than predetermined value is satisfied and whether a former execution condition is satisfied or not.
