PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve delivery efficiency by simply reducing leak of working fluid with a small number of components in a trochoid pump provided with an intake port communicating with a pump chamber in expansion process and a delivery port communicating with the pump chamber in compression process in a pump case which consists of a first case member and a second case member forming a rotor storage recess part storing an inner rotor and an outer rotor. SOLUTION: The intake port 51 and the delivery port 52 to which axial direction one end surface of an inner rotor 41 and an outer rotor 42 is made face are provided on the second case member 45, and a flat plate spacer 53 opposing to the intake port 51 and the delivery port 52 of the pump chamber 49 on an opposite side opening part is put between axial direction another end surface of the inner rotor 41 and the outer rotor 42 and a closed end of the rotor storage recess part 43 in such a manner that the same can incline to separate from the delivery port 52 and approach to the intake port.
