PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent emission of metallic sound caused by a smoke guard where a door-end lock is used instead of a crescent lock in a sash in which a plurality of sliding doors can be closed in an interlocking manner by a smoke guard. SOLUTION: The opening part device is a double-door, single-sliding and full-opening type sash having a frame body A and two sliding doors B, C. A mullion E is mounted on the interior side between an opening part F of the frame body A and a sliding door housing part D. When the two sliding doors B, C are closed, the smoke guard 18 of a stile 14 on the meeting side of the outer sliding door B and the smoke guard 28 of the stile 23 on the meeting side of the inner sliding door C are engaged with each other. In this occasion, the smoke guard 29 of the stile 24 on the door end side of the inner sliding door C and the smoke guard 31 of the mullion E are engaged with each other. The smoke guards engaged with each other are provided with interval adjusting members 41, 42 so that the clearance between the smoke guards may be closed up. Thus, only by locking the door-end lock, the rattle of the sliding doors B, C is prevented and contact of the smoke guard with another one causing the metallic sound can be prevented.
