PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a wall material having excellent thermal insulation property, fireproofing property, waterproofing property, and construction property and capable of constructing the wall material on a wall substrate simply without driving the wall material by a fixing device such as a nail directly. SOLUTION: This mounting structure of the wall material B is composed of the wall material B forming a female element 36 protruding onto an outer side at one side end fringe in the direction of width and a male element 37 protruding onto an inner side at the other side end fringe, a mounting device F for locking the wall material B, and a long mounting member A serving also as the substrate. The mounting device F is formed by a fixing piece 24 like a substantially horizontal face, a bottom piece 25 bending a lower end of the fixing piece 24 outward, a side piece 26 protruding a tip of the bottom piece 25 upward, a mounting channel 27 composed of the bottom piece 25 and the side piece 26, an upper side piece 28 bending a tip of the side piece 26 outward in an L-shape, and a locking piece 29 and a fitting channel 30 composed of the side piece 26 and the upper side piece 28. A plurality of mounting members A serving also as the substrate are connected with a wall substrateαand are fixed on it by a fixing deviceβ, a plurality of mounting devices F are fixed on the mounting members A serving also as the substrate, and the male element part 37 of the wall material B is inserted and fixed in the mounting channel 27 of the mounting device F.
