PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular rear structure capable of efficiently absorbing an impact when a vehicle is subjected to a rear-end collision. SOLUTION: A holding unit 11 is provided on a rear part of a vehicle 1. The holding unit 11 mainly consists of holding bars 12-17, and holds a spare tire 10 in a hanging state. The vehicle 1 has a rear suspension 20 for connecting a skeleton member 3 to constitute a part of a vehicle body 2 to right and left rear wheels 19. The rear suspension 20 has a pair of trailing arms 22 which are turnably connected to the skeleton member 3 to support the right and left rear wheels 19, and an intermediate beam 27 which is arranged in front of the holding unit 11 for connecting the trailing arms 22 to each other. In the holding bars 12-17, the height position of a hanging part P with the spare tire 10 being placed thereon is matched with the height position of a part of the intermediate beam 27 irrespective of the vertical movement of the intermediate beam 27.
