RUBBER SHEET FOR HOT-PRESS BONDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber sheet for hot-press bonding good in the adhesion of a resin layer to a rubber sheet, superior in durability in the case of repeated use and also superior in mold releasability. SOLUTION: The rubber sheet 16 for hot-press bonding is constituted by applying a fluoroplastic resin with a melting point of 300-350°C to the surface of a fluororubber sheet 17 comprising a fluororubber, of which the compression permanent strain based on JIS K 6262 is 5-25%, and baking the same to provide a mold releasable fluoroplastic resin layer 18 with a thickness of 5-30μm on the fluororubber sheet 17. The fluoroplastic resin is preferably a polytetrafluoroethylene resin or a tetrafluoroethylene-perfluoroalkoxyethylene copolymer resin. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
