PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coin rice milling machine for solving the disadvantage that a grain remains in a transfer path or a rice milling machine to mix with a grain of the next user when the rice milling machine stops due to a lack of fee during rice milling operation. SOLUTION: The coin rice milling machine comprises a transfer device, a restoration path communicating with the transfer path and the upper side of a charge tank, and a switching device for supplying a grain transferred by the transfer device to either a stone-removing device side or the restoration path side, wherein the switching device performs a switching operation with a selector switch and switching operation to open the restoration path side time when operating the selector switch after a control unit drives and controls the time of period corresponding to a charged fee and then stops, and at the same time, drives the transfer device and the rice milling device.
