ROTARY DRIVING METHOD AND DRIVER

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small rotary drive of simple structure which can produce high speed rotation easily while exhibiting excellent rotation characteristics and capable of micromachining.

SOLUTION: The rotation driving method rotates a resilient rod or a tubular rotor 120 for a stator 110 supporting the both ends of the rotor 120 rotatably. Rocking moment of the rotor 120 of different phase is generated about at least two axes intersecting an axis connecting the both ends of the rotor 120 and intersecting each other.
