<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC distribution system without supplying excessive electric power. <P>SOLUTION: This DC distribution system includes: a fuel cell power generator 2; a DC power converter 3 for converting the voltage of the DC power obtained by power generation of the fuel cell power generator 2; and an AC-DC power converter 42 for converting the AC power to the DC power. A terminal of the DC power side of the AC-DC power converter 42 and a DC load 5 are connected to a terminal of an output side of the DC power converter 41.
