<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress exfoliation between a hydrogen-permeable metal layer and an electrolyte layer and cracks due to occlusion of hydrogen into the hydrogen-permeable metal layer and hydrogen discharge from the hydrogen-permeable metal layer, in a fuel cell provided with an electrolyte film composed by laminating the hydrogen-permeable metal layer and the electrolyte layer. <P>SOLUTION: A hydrogen supply amount is controlled so that a change rate per unit time of a hydrogen amount supplied to the fuel cell 10 is under a prescribed value in control when a fuel cell system 100 is started or stopped. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
