PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of externally designating a module to calculate key information compatible with a service.

SOLUTION: A service area for managing data required for realizing respective services by each service is formed for a memory of an IC chip embedded in an IC card carried by a user being a user of the services. A SAM respectively prepares logics 12-1 to 12-n for calculating key information to access a different area of a different IC card. The logic specified by logic identification information generated in response to an operation by a service provider is used for provision of the service among the logics prepared in the SAM. The technology above can be applied to information processors for realizing services using an IC card.
