PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide comfortable environmental conditions such as ventilation, temperature conditioning and daylighting in an indoor space while considering a range of variation depending on dweller's preference and feeling. SOLUTION: A building 10 such as a dwelling house, comprises an underfloor air supply means 50 from an underfloor space 14 to the indoor space 12, upper exhausting means 30, 40 from an upper part of the indoor space 12 to the outside of house, a ventilation/daylighting window 20, temperature detecting means 71-75 detecting an outside air temperature, a living room temperature of the indoor space, an upper room temperature of the indoor space, an underfloor temperature of the underfloor space, and an insolation face temperature of the ventilation/daylighting window, an information processing controlling device 60 processing the information on detected temperatures, controlling operations of the underfloor air supply means 50 and the upper exhausting means 30, 40, and outputting the information relating to ventilation/daylighting of the ventilation/daylighting window 20, and an information display device 62 for displaying the output information from the information processing controlling device 60.
