PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a release promotion oil capable of restraining an offset of a toner image to a fixing belt which heats the transfer paper inexpensively and satisfactorily. SOLUTION: The present invention is a release promotion liquid that is applied to a heating material for promoting the release of a toner image from the heating material in a fixing device that presses the heating member against the surface of a recording member on the surface of which the toner image is recorded, and fixes the toner image on the recording member, and is constituted by mixing a dimethyl polysiloxane shown by the chemical formula (1), and a dimethyl polysiloxane containing an amino group shown by the chemical formula (2).
