PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration isolating attachment structure for an air conditioner in an air conditioner mount base frame facilitating installation work, and a wall surface mount using the structure. SOLUTION: The base frame 3 is formed into a cylindrical member provided with an upper wall 31, side walls 32, and a lower wall 33. A vibration isolating material 5 is attached to the upper wall 31 of the base frame 3. The vibration isolating material 5 has a vibration isolating insulating body 51, an attachment flange 52, and a neck part 53 connecting the vibration isolating insulating body 51 and the attachment flange 52. Installation bolts (truss bolts 54) are inserted through the vibration isolating material 5. In the upper wall 31, a flange insertion hole 41, and attachment oblong holes 42, 43 continuous with the flange insertion hole 41 are provided for attaching the vibration isolating material 5. In the lower wall 33 of the base frame 3, service holes 44, 45 for tool insertion are provided in positions facing the attachment oblong holes 42, 43 such that the installation bolts 54 can be fastened from below.
