PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a constitution and assembling work. SOLUTION: The vibration absorbing device 10 comprises a plunger member 132 and an energizing member 134 integrally formed as an open/closed body unit. Thus, the plunger member 132 and the energizing member 134 which are conventionally independent two components can be the open/closed body unit as one component. Only by connecting the open/closed body unit 130 to an orifice member 44 via a locking piece 144 and a locking groove 146, the energizing member 134 and the plunger member 132 can be assembled in a cylinder chamber 60. This greatly simplifies work for assembling the energizing member 134 and the plunger member 132 in the device and reduces the number of components constituting the device, resulting in simplifying the constitution and assembling work.
