PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump, a cooling system and electronic equipment reduced in size and weight. SOLUTION: This pump 41 has expandably constituted and mutually continuously connected two bellows 411 allowing flow of fluid inside and an opening part 4121 installed in a continuously connecting position of the respective bellows 411 and allowing flow of the fluid between the respective bellows 411, and has a moving member 412 for expanding the respective bellows 411, a check valve 413 different in fluid resistance by the flowing direction of the fluid and a driving device 414 for moving the moving member 412. The driving device 414 has a magnetic substance ring 4142 and a stator 4141 capable of changing a relative position. The magnetic substance ring 4142 is installed in the moving member 412.
