PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition capable of forming an optical waveguide having high profile accuracy, good transmission characteristics and excellent bending resistance. SOLUTION: The photosensitive resin composition comprises: (A) a polymer having a repeating unit represented by formula (1); (B) an urethane (meth)acrylate compound which is a reaction product of a polyester polyol compound, a polyisocyanate compound and a (meth)acrylate having a hydroxyl group; (C) a compound having at least one ethylenically unsaturated group in a molecule and having a boiling point of≥130°C under 0.1 MPa other than components (A) and (B); and (D) a photo-radical polymerization initiator, wherein R<SP>1</SP>is H or methyl; R<SP>3</SP>is (meth)acryloyl; and X is a bivalent organic group.
