PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine stop control device capable of stopping an engine by a working machine side engine stop command means only when a vehicle is in a jack-up state by an outrigger jack. SOLUTION: A working vehicle is equipped with a working machine 3 mounted on the vehicle 1 provided with a working auxiliary braking device 5 enabling braking operation subject to drive of the engine 2 and with the outrigger jack 4 jacking up the vehicle 1, and is constituted so as to enable stop of the engine 2 by inputting a stop command signal from the working machine side engine stop command means 2b to an engine stop control part 2a. In this case, a vehicle jack-up detecting means 6 is mounted, and its detection signal is input to the engine stop control part 2a. Only when the vehicle jack-up state detection signal is input, the engine stop control part 2a can stop the drive of the engine 2 for vehicle traveling by the engine stop command signal from the working machine side engine stop command means 2b.
