PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent adverse effect caused by a permeation of external air in such a way that a passage formed by a fin and part of package is completely isolated from an interior of the package. SOLUTION: The electronic a are characterized in that a heat sink 2 is arranged within the package so that a tip of fin 3 may contact with one surface 6 of package 1, in that an opening is formed in the package so that a bottom and tip of the heatsink may expose outside, in that both ends of passage 7 formed between the fins may open outside, and in that a clearance between fins 3a, 3b locate at least at both ends of the heatsink and the one surface may be sealed.
