PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make neither a slave door to be dropped from a front panel nor the slave door or its pivotally supporting part to be damaged being hit by an operator, an article or the like, by stopping the slave door of a disaster prevention monitor control board at a location projected in front of the front panel. SOLUTION: A temporary connecting means is established so that the slave door can be opened to a full open location in which one side facing the other side axially supported reaches the front panel location, and the other side temporarily connecting the slave door at a prescribed location which is projected from the front panel on the way to the other side reaching the front panel location and release the temporary connection when prescribed external force is applied. The temporary connecting means is made as a projection part which is prepared on a front panel of a case which contacts to the one side axially supported at the prescribed location on the way and releases the contact if a prescribed external force is applied to the open door direction. Also the temporary connecting means is formed integrally with a mounting section which supports the slave door axially and is made to be attached to the front panel of the case.
