PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor which is superior in electrical characteristics and other various characteristics, capable of forming a uniform photosensitive layer, and is superior also in repetition characteristics, and to provide an image-forming device that uses the electrophotographic photoreceptor, and an electrophotographic cartridge. SOLUTION: Provided is a multilayer electrophotographic photoreceptor, wherein a photosensitive layer is formed on a conductive support. In the multilayer electrophotographic photoreceptor, the photosensitive layer contains a compound represented by general Formula (1), the weight ratio of the compound represented by the general Formula (1) contained in the photosensitive layer relative to the total weight of the binder resins is 0.15-0.6, and the weight of the compound represented by the general Formula (1) is largest among the charge-transport materials. In the general Formula (1), Ar1-Ar3represent an optionally substituted aryl group; Ar4and Ar5, independently represent an optionally substituted arylene group; and n1and n2, independently represent an integer of 1-3.
