PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus for a lens sheet with black stripes used for a screen etc., for rear projection television set. SOLUTION: The manufacturing apparatus for the lens sheet with black stripes is provided. The apparatus has a payoff shaft and take-up shaft where photosensitive layer forming materials, transfer layer forming materials, and pressure-sensitive adhesive layer forming materials stacked on the reverse surfaces of roll-type transparent support base materials are each supported rotatably by means of the shafts. Each of the payoff shaft, where the roll-type transparent support base material is supported rotatably by means of the shaft and a payoff part and a take-up part where the respective layer forming materials are supported rotatably by means of the shafts, is equipped with a measuring means of the measured amounts of feeding at which the transparent support base material and the respective layer forming materials are send out; a registering means of discriminating and registering evidence that the transparent support base material and the respective layer forming materials are sent out; and a managing means of managing consumptions and discriminations of transparent support base material and respective layer forming materials, used by the measuring means and the registering means and transparent support base material and the respective layer forming materials used for a final product.
