PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyvinyl chloride resin product having much functionality, a method for producing the polyvinyl chloride resin product and the use of granules. SOLUTION: The polyvinyl chloride resin product having the much functionality can be provided by the dispersion or the like of at least either of granules having 50-800 nm particle diameters and liposomes as granules of a dispersed phase in a polyvinyl chloride resin of a dispersion medium.
